Exercise Your Right to Opt Out

2. What Constitutes a "Sale"

Under CCPA, a "sale" is broadly defined and includes the sharing of personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. For purposes of CCPA, $3CLICKSLENDING may share your personal information with third-party lenders and financial service providers, which may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or for purposes unrelated to our lending connection service.

5. Authorized Agents

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and provide a complete response within 45 days. If we need more time, we will notify you of the reason and extension period in writing.
